I tried making an appointment after being referred by urgent care due to a dislocated tailbone. I went to urgent care on Saturday and was trying to make the appointment the following Monday. After speaking to 3 different people, they told me that I had a balance from a previous visit of $231 that needed to be paid. I confirmed this amount 3 times. I called back that same day (Monday) to make the payment to finally be able to make an appointment. I get my receipt via email and transfers to scheduling. The lady at scheduling asked what I needed to be seen for and I told her it was for a dislocated tailbone. She argued with me and said that tailbones don’t get dislocated, that they only break or fracture. Well, I’m no doctor or radiologist, but I had the report from radiology and X-rays in front of me that clearly stated I had a dislocated coccyx. She insisted it was wrong but said she would make the appointment. After some back and forth, and putting me on hold, she then comes back on the phone and tells me I owe $30 and that I needed to pay that before making an appointments at this point I want to speak to someone in billing because what do you mean o owe you another $30 after confirming 3 times that I owed $231 and I paid it and now you want say I owe more? I left messages fro billing and sent an email, and I still have heard back and it is now Friday. Good thing I didn’t wait on them and I found another doctor. I don’t even know for sure if I even owed that $231 but I paid it so I could get an appointment, which I still didn’t! It’s bad business. They care about money not their patient.

Called for appointment, filled out my information on line, did not have to wait. The receptionist was very friendly. I went right in for xrays, then into the waiting room for the doctor, there only a few minutes, Dr. Victor came in with the results, very friendly, and professional. I would recommend this office for any orthopedic injuries. Great experience!!! Thank you for your service!!!

I was nervous before my procedure however the doctor and nurses were wonderful at putting my fears to rest. The procedure went very smoothly. My doctor talked me through the whole procedure. After the surgery the doctor and nurses kept in touch with me. I’m extremely happy with how everything went and if I ever have to have any other surgery, EmergeOrtho Sherrills Ford Clinic will be my choice.

I love this place. It doesn’t matter which office you go to. The employees are always wonderful. Dr. Graham McRary is the best in his field that I have seen. He takes the time to listen to me. And, I know that I can sometimes ramble a bit (just a little lol) But, he never makes me feel like I’m an idiot, or something. I can’t tell how many doctors don’t take enough time to just listen to what I am saying. Dr. McRary did this. Since day one. He understood exactly what I was trying to convey to the other doctors. He remembers what I tell him about the pain, where it is. My other symptoms. Most of all. He respects that I don’t want narcotics. I actually have a doctor that I feel heard when I leave the office. I’m not in tears, because I didn’t feel like they were treating me like I had three heads. I have ADHD, am other issues. But, sometimes I just feel like I’m talking to fast. Or, because I jump around in what I am saying. I know that I’m hard to keep up with at times. But, Dr. McRary is able to do this. Only three doctors I’ve ever had have made me feel like they actually cared, and that they were listening to me. I feel that the setup we have been using for the pain is very helpful for me. I wouldn’t have that if I didn’t have such a wonderful team listening to me. They are top notch!

Kara was very friendly and listened to all of my concerns. Came up with a treatment plan.That I feel very confident in. I am actually looking forward to my next visit to get back on track. Answered all of my questions, and I did not feel rushed at all.
