Amazing experience (minus the broken arm part). Highly recommend! My 9 year old broke her arm on the playground at school and it was absolutely terrifying to get that phone call. She’s a competitive dancer and I can’t describe the weight of the heartbreak that came when she realized things were going to look different for this years recital and dance nationals. Not to mention the excruciating pain she was in ! It is something I pray we never experience again . Watching her suffer physically and mentally was one of the toughest things I’ve been through as a mom . I tried my hardest to remain strong for her but I too was fighting back tears (and many times crying them privately ). From the MOMENT we arrived to Emerge Ortho we were WELL taken care of. Peaches & Crystal at the front desk worked quickly to get us checked in . The level of care and professionalism provided from start to finish was impressive. These folks care ! We were taken back in a timely manner and the staff got to work swiftly on my sweet girl. Every step of the way I was educated on exactly what was happening and what to expect . Victor and the ladies in the back were phenomenal . By the time we left my racing mind had already settled and we had a clear plan of action to heal this broken arm . Victors bedside manner was so refreshing. Setting a broken arm on a child is no easy task . He talked with her and tried to keep her mind on other things. Although the setting process was the longest 20-30 seconds of our lives I’m so thankful we had Victor and the team to get her through it. We are 1 week in and she got her hard cast today 🙌 . They didn’t have the ideal size purple but she had her heart set on purple and Victor was able to do some color combinations and make it work . I could go on and on but bottom line is .. if you ever find yourself or a loved one in need of emergency ortho care - grab your car keys , put EmergeOrtho into your maps app and head their way ! Had the worst experience here. I went on and off to see dr rader for over a year before having a cyst surgically removed. His bedside manner was horrible, he didn’t spend any time talking me through anything or looking anything over and often sent his PA in his place. I developed an infection after the surgery to which he said “you’ll be fine” and it went untreated, which lead me to seek out another ortho dr to receiver better care. The cyst came back after 4 months. My new ortho dr advised dr rader likely did not remove the stalk of the cyst fully, allowing it to regrow and come back. This experience cost me thousands of dollars, tons of stress and left me in the same place I started. I would recommend looking up reviews on this specific doctor before having an appointment with him.

This was my first visit and will definitely recomend to friends and family. The facility is so close to home, as well as clean and modern. The entire staff was very welcoming and willing to answer questions. I saw Dr. Marois and he was on time for my appt, explained what he thought was wrong, and treatment options. It was nice to leave with a plan going forward.

Anthony has 5 stars, however the people that takes these appointments or go off a message that Gad I would of known he does NOT do Hip surgery and waste a $70 copay today all to be scheduled with a PA who provider is a surgeon but didn’t set me up with them Ticks me off! Like I have $70 just to throw around! My advice to others make sure you see a provider that can consult you, and do the surgery. Emerge used to be good but now I feel as if Taking my money is more important than patient care! I felt like a potato being tossed around! Not happy one bit to the point I will be looking at my insurance yo go elsewhere

I was nervous before my procedure however the doctor and nurses were wonderful at putting my fears to rest. The procedure went very smoothly. My doctor talked me through the whole procedure. After the surgery the doctor and nurses kept in touch with me. I’m extremely happy with how everything went and if I ever have to have any other surgery, EmergeOrtho Sherrills Ford Clinic will be my choice.
