Breakfast was very good. The staff were all very kind and friendly. Food came out very fast! Love the atmosphere. Seems that there are pretty much regular customers who come here, so that is a good sign because of the staff and the food!

We left concord mills location because it was packed. The lady at their front desk told us it was a 30min wait, we put our name on the list and drove to this location, ate breakfast, and I still haven’t heard from ccmills location an hour and a half later. Sarah and Romie were both very personable and friendly! Sarah made sure everything we ordered was made to perfection! Thank you both for making our morning run smoothly! We appreciate it! I always like to order to go because it shows how the quality of food holds up and Famous Toastery did not disappoint!
It was extremely savory and well cooked. Everything had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. Pancakes had a subtle sweetness and did not taste cakey like most places.
Syrup is a house syrup, its very light and sweet soaks up nicely.
My scrambled eggs had a very nice amount of cheese and spinach.
Everything tasted amazing! Thank you.

My friends and I ordered a verity of breakfast, brunch dishes such as Egg Benedict, Super Quinwa bowel, Chicken salad. We were all very satisfied. The server was friendly.
Limited bathroom space caused a couple of us to walk multiple times for open. This detracted the overall service level

I was seated right away, but service was not very attentive. No refill on my coffee without catching a waiter and asking. Food is usually very good at other Toastery restaurants but just OK at this one.
