Worth every penny and highly reccomended. We had Rich come out to give us an estimate through dukes rebate program. He was a great salesman, not pushy at all and answered every question I had, and provided answers to questions I didn't know I had. We had a crew of 4 handle our attic insulation, as well as installing an exhaust fan. Despite the wiring in our attic being a disaster from whoever put it together, they were able to figure it out and get everything working. They were prompt and professional, keeping me updated through the whole process. At the end the crew lead showed me the entire job and explained what was done. Ducts and leak points were sealed, and an even amount of insulation distributed. Worth every single penny, as our house now easily holds 68 degrees even in the 30 degree nights. Highly reccomended!

The team from fanman took our tired old insulation and transformed it to a modern, up to code, fully sealed masterpiece. Their work qualified us for multiple Duke energy rebates and federal tax incentives. Rich, our energy analyst, came to our home and did a detailed inspection and gave us his recommendations. Our home feels tighter and much less drafty. I give Fanman the highest of recommendations!

This attic fan did nothing for my attic. It was a total and complete waste of my money. I was told several times by the sales manager and the owner that it would reduce the temperature in my attic 10 degrees lower than what the attic fan thermostat was set to, which was 92 degrees. After many observations, it never even came close to doing that. I provided pictures and videos to the owner to prove that and asked him to respond as to why the attic temperature was not even close to 82 degrees when the fan had cut off. He avoided me like the plague and never responded to me nor reached out to me to try to fix the problem or come up with a fair resolution. Attached are some photos throughout the day on 5/25 and a video showing the fan had cut off and the attic temperature was 92 degrees and not 82 like they told me it would be. If I could give them a negative 5 rating I would. Everything they said in their reply is not true. They never called me and came back on one occasion and not multiple occasions. They told me the fan would lower the temperature 10 degrees below what the thermostat was set to. They never never said if it was 95 outside that it would lower the attic temperature to 105 to 110 instead of being 120 to 145. The fan is definitely not lowering the attic temperature 10 degrees below the thermostat and that is what they said it would do!

The attic insulation team arrived ahead of schedule and began working immediately. They explained step-by-step the processes that were taking place. The work was done in an efficient manner and the supervisor showed me photos of the completed project. The team was also very courteous and respectful. I recommend The Fan Man, Inc. to anyone who is looking for a job well done.

For the FIRST time in 21 years I could walk up the steps and feel NO temperature change! I went in all the rooms and there was no change. The installation of the attic fan, keeping the attic at 105 degrees, sealing all wall caps, and around any electrical outlets and pipes and anywhere else there may be heat or AC loss are all things I would have never thought of but make such a difference! That’s what happens when you hire the best!! The gentlemen who installed were neat, quick and through and answered all my questions! The warranties are awesome as well! i am SO HAPPY with the results and the decision to do it!! THANK YOU very much for a job and customer service, second to NONE!! Great company to work with!!
