Fantastic Maids

My family began using Fantastic Maids in 2005. Nineteen years and two houses later they are still cleaning for us. They are fantastic cleaners. Beyond that, they are trustworthy, reliable and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them!

I had Fantastic maids out to clean my home after a drywall repair was made. They went straight to work. My unit is cleaner than when I moved in! I appreciate them also coming the next day! I called them late Saturday afternoon, and they made availability to come the next day bright and early! Definitely recommend their services and their teams! I had the pleasure of having Wagner and his team come to my home in Huntersville to clean. I had just moved in 2 weeks prior, and through reviews I thought, “if he’s cleaned homes for this long for folks, it has to be a phenomenal job.” I’m very OCD and particular and have been through 6 different cleaners in the past 5 years. Let me tell you, my assumptions based off his reviews were not misplaced in the slightest WHAT A PHENOMENAL JOB!! I’ve never had anyone be so thorough in their cleaning. There wasn’t one thing that didn’t get touched and moved to clean. On top of that, they were even cleaning my front porch off as they left! The home has smelt AMAZING since their departure, and for the time they spent in my home combined with how thorough of a job they did, I was astonished at how little it actual hit my bank account for. I feel confident in saying I’ll never be looking for another cleaner. I also need to mention how communicative he is. As a business owner, that is something I appreciate more than I could ever express. Stop your search, give Wagner a shout, and you’ll never think twice.

We are a new client of Fantastic Maids, and today they completed the initial cleaning of our house. Our house is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and about 2600 soft. It took 2 maids about 6 hours to deep clean our house. They were very courteous, respectful of the space (as well as our cats) and left the house cleaner than it was when we moved in. The only hiccup we had (which was no fault of the crew) was that after the fridge was moved for cleaning, the water supply line became loose and leaked water into the floor. Unfortunately the original installer hadn't used plumbers tape on the supply line as they likely should have, but hey we all make mistakes and no one is perfect. Once Wagner was aware of the issue he quickly responded in person, and even went home to get tools and plumbers tape to be sure the fridge didn't leak again. This was our first time hiring a professional cleaning crew, and it was definitely worth it.
