Neal Martin quoted me a fair price to take up my wood floors to replace with a gorgeous luxury vinyl, large tile look-alike for my high traffic kitchen/breakfast area! He helped me pick out a marble-like beige cream tone color and I love it! They replaced my carpet w/this luxury vinyl as well in my master bedroom! His two installers worked steadfast to complete my rooms in just a day! I can't thank them enough!! I highly recommend this company for your room update project!!

I do not recommend using Floor Coverings International. We wanted to purchase LVP for our second floor, and to purchase a carpet runner for our staircase. The LVP installation was great and looks good. The carpet runner discussion, however, was a very bad experience. FCI promised to send us carpet samples and never did. We had several unreturned emails, text messages and voice mail messages. As a result, we ended up using another local carpet company. They were much faster and easier to do business with than FCI.

I love my new floors. The installing team is punctual and did a beautiful job. Neal responded quickly to all my questions. The photos below are of Shaw Pantheon HD+ LVP in Charred Earth. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International-Mooresville.
