I had the best experience celebrating a friends birthday! We were instantly greeted with plush robes and comfy shoes to change into! Then brought back for lemon water and champagne and charcuterie! The environment was clean and modern and inviting! Mason was my tech and she was amazing! I love how she offered to either stay quiet to keep the zen going or she was happy to explain each piece of the process! I left feeling completely pampered! Smelling of a candle I wish I could burn every day! And totally relaxed! I can’t wait to come back!

The relaxation area before the head spa treatment is so calming. Definitely recommend coming before so you can enjoy and relax before the treatment and the head spa. The bathrobes and the sandals are comfortable and soft.The glass of prosecco goes good with the charcuterie board. This is my second time going to this head spa. I would recommend it and the variety of services. I like the ease of access to the website that explains the services at Flow Head Spa.

I had my first visit to Flow Head Spa yesterday, and I absolutely loved it. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and well taken care of as if I was the only guest of the day. I booked the Facial Flow and Scratch & Flow services, and both were amazing. The entire experience was so unique, relaxing, and unlike anything I’ve done before. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to disconnect for a few hours and recharge. The staff were wonderful, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a little self-care or a special spa experience, Flow Head Spa is truly a hidden gem in Cornelius. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time at Flow head spa. After for different we thought it was little far but priced well for the services they offered. We were made our appointment for 4 ladies for flow head spa. We were warmly greeted and showed our locker which were addressed with our individual names. The bathrobe were perfect and the slippers were comfortable. Everyone was friendly and polite. My therapist was kind and gentle while massaging my hair, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. After the service we were offered some hot tea to relax before we left the business. We had a great time at Flow Head Spa. Totally worth driving. Highly recommended if you want to have a relaxing head massage.

Amazing experience 10/10 for me! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed & a sense of calmness. The staff at the front was so sweet. Although busy, they gave each person their undivided attention, which was great to see. Desiree was my spa tech and I don't think I could say enough wonderful things about her. She's truly amazing! Happy that my first head spa experience was with Desiree at Flow! I'll definitely be back.
