The whole staff was friendly and caring. I have never been kept waiting more than a few minutes. The doctor’s focus is on top medical surgery and did an excellent job on my very large squamous cancer.

Beware of using this practice! They have policies that seem to be geared towards getting unwarranted money from their patients similar to banks charging exorbitant extra fees. I'll give you a couple of examples. I was unable to give a 48 hrs. notice for my FIRST appointment. I did give them notice, just not a 48 hour notice. When I called explaining the situation and asked them to please waive the fee, I was told ABSOLUTELY no exceptions. I suspect that if they had to cancel and change my appointment, I wouldn't receive a credit even though I may have lost time unnecessarily from work in order to be at my appointment. They also have a policy that states if you don't give them your insurance information prior to your appointment, they will consider you a self pay and charge you $150. Just an example of another unnecessary, exorbitant fee. Companies only submit a claim to your insurance after your appointment, so how giving them your insurance information at the time of your appointment inconveniences them in any way is beyond me. Those are only two examples. Who knows how many other ways they have to exhort money from their patients after being seen? All I can say is "buyer beware"!

Pleasant professional practice. Very thorough exams. Attentive front office staff and medical assistants. Office clean and attractive. Recently seen as a new patient and had MOHS procedure for skin cancer. Full service practice without need to go to another doctor for the MOHS. Dr. Al-Dabaugh very thorough.

Mary Beth is amazing! I wanted to even out my skin tone, shrink my pores, lesson the appearance of my acne scars and take care of the sun damage that I did to my face in the 80’s. I know…it’s a lot! I’m 56 yrs old and sunbathed like a fool with baby oil trying to get that “tan” we all wanted back then. No one told us that was bad! Now I’m more informed and ready to fix the damage. Mary Beth was taking care of some dreaded precancerous cells on my face when I brought up the conversation about my skin. I had no idea that they also did cosmetic procedures at Fora. Mary Beth suggested several options. After an in depth discussion, we both agreed that the fractional laser would be more beneficial for the results that I wanted to achieve. Several weeks later I came back in for the CO2 fractional lazer. The procedure itself was handled with care and she made the entire experience worth it! She explained every step as she was working on my face, neck and chest. Throughout the entire procedure, she was checking in with me and always making sure I was alright and felt comfortable. She really wants her patients to feel comfortable and happy with the final outcomes of their procedures. Her attention to detail and the knowledge of what to expect, gave me the tools to handle my aftercare with confidence. I trust her completely and will definitely come back for more procedures to fix the sun damage that I did to my skin in the 80’s. Thank you Fora Dermatology, but most of all thank you Mary Beth!
