I had a great experience with these folks. They came out to inspect the well at my property and did a very thorough evaluation of the entire system. Thankfully, they determined that everything was functioning properly and that the current water availability issues were most likely related to the ongoing drought conditions rather than a failure of the well or pump itself. Of course, drilling a new well is always an option with an older bored well, but what really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. Instead of immediately pushing expensive work, their advice was to conserve water for a while and see whether the well recovers as conditions improve. I truly appreciated feeling like they were treating me like family instead of just another opportunity to make money. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about their trade. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s obvious they know what they’re doing and genuinely care about helping their customers make informed decisions. While I certainly hope I don’t need major well or pump repairs anytime soon, I’m very thankful to have found a local company I feel confident calling if that day ever comes. Honest and trustworthy service providers are hard to find these days. These guys came highly recommended to me by several people, and after my experience, I can absolutely see why. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others too!

Woke up yesterday morning with no water. Did the little bit of troubleshooting I knew to do. Called Mike at Francis Well & Pump about mid-morning, and before 5 pm we had water again. Amazing! I figured it might a day or 2 w/o water. Replaced a 20 year old well pump 300 feet down in the ground. This father and son team are great folks… honest, quality work, and a very fair price. Thank you Mike and Mike Jr.

The folks at Francis Well & Pump are awesome. I called them and described the issues with my well pump. They came to our house early the next morning and replaced our tank and pressure switch. N less than an hour our water pressure was back to normal. If you I have well issues again, I would not hesitate to call Francis Well & Pump! They were very professional and experienced, not to mention friendly and courteous. The cost for the service and repair was very fair also!!!!

I don't usually do reviews but these people definitely deserve one. I noticed this afternoon that there was water around my well. I had used this company once before for a repair so I decided to call them again. They originally said they could not come to my house until Friday, but then decided to come right over. They had my well fixed within 30 to 45 minutes and were very reasonable in price. The two men were so very nice and caring. I was so appreciative of their prompt service and professionalism. Don't hesitate to call Francis Well & Pump. They are awesome and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. May God Bless them and their company!

We woke up one morning to no water. After hours of trying to resolve things myself, I finally accepted defeat. I found Francis Well & Pump on line. Based on all of the 5 star reviews I called. They tried to get to me that same evening, but couldn’t. They called first thing the next morning, came out, and had to replace the pump. It was an amazing experience meeting these folks. Awesome work and amazing customer service. A+++. Thanks again!
