Wow, Thank you so much to Jarrod and the Full Spectrum Roofing team! Our house was denied due to storm damage to our roof and they fought for us to get our whole roof replaced for just our deductible amount! His crew was very friendly and had our whole house finished in one day! They also Cleaned better than when they arrived! The process was very seamless and Jarrod was very communicative throughout the process which is rare with most businesses these days! 5 Stars!

I went with Full Spectrum Roofing because I wanted a local company with a positive track record to install my roof. Jarrod's crew arrived on 10.01.2025, and did an awesome job. I had some some questions and concerns that I shared with Jarrod, he addressed my questions and concerns and recommended Cayuga Gutter Company LLC fot the gutter work. Everything came together well and I am pleased. The crew was punctual and professional. Jarrod is accomodating and a good communicator. I recommend both companies. My experience with Full Spectrum Roofing was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I worked primarily with Jarrod, who encouraged me to use a public adjuster he was in contact with. Based on the information that Jarrod relayed from the adjuster, I was assured that my entire roofing job would be fully covered. Unfortunately, that was not how things played out. The public adjuster did not seem to do a thorough job, and the information Jarrod passed along to me turned out to be incorrect. The adjuster was paid, Full Spectrum Roofing received a check, and I was left with what I was told was a “remaining balance” that I never expected—something I would have never agreed to if the situation had been explained accurately from the start. When I tried to get clarity, the public adjuster never returned my calls, and Jarrod became increasingly pushy and aggressive with communication instead of helping resolve the confusion. I repeatedly asked for time to speak with the adjuster—especially since Jarrod was the only person he ever communicated with—but I never got a call back from him. Overall, I felt misled, unsupported, and pressured during a process that should have been handled professionally and transparently. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Full Spectrum Roofing...FYI I PAID THE BALANCE IN FULL PRIOR TO THIS POST. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
