I was brought into a project during the early construction phase of a luxury modern home and thoroughly enjoyed working alongside the Grainda team. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, organized, and truly collaborative. Their communication was clear and consistent, they stayed on schedule, and they were flexible and solution-oriented when new ideas or refinements were introduced to elevate the design. That level of adaptability is invaluable during a custom build. The entire team, and trades, were respectful, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-quality result. I genuinely appreciated the partnership and look forward working on our future projects together.

I don’t want you to waste your time like I did. I waited two weeks to hear back after a very rude person answered the phone, then spoke with Jason who had a better tone and was told they don’t do basement renovations. My basement is as large as my house, and I wanted it fully renovated into livable space for my family. I provided very detailed information by both voice and email, so it would have been helpful to know sooner not making go through the whole thing again. They explained they focus on larger full-house projects. So if your goal is a full home renovation, they may be a good fit. But if you’re looking to renovate a basement or smaller portions of your home, they are not the right company. I definitely didn’t appreciate the two week wait as well as writing an email and a phone explanation of the project and another phone explanation of the project just to tell me at the very end that they don’t do my project. My project is a smaller vision of a bigger vision of renovating the whole house, but this is where I wanted to start. Just wanted to share so you don’t lose time like I did. Good luck with your building projects and if you do have a smaller project of renovation, ask them do you take renovations for a small project before you go through a whole waiting process. Actually, I’m not sure if that’s even true because on their social media, they do have smaller projects examples but I guess it’s lie.

We are so happy with how our project turned out! Grainda definitely over delivered by staying in budget (actually coming in under budget) and finishing the project early. We highly recommend them!
