Greys Harbor at Lake Norman

Moving states was a big step for our family, but Greys Harbor at Lake Norman made it such a positive experience. The staff was always quick to respond, helpful, and clear with communication. Move-in day went smoothly, and everything was handled professionally. We’re so thankful for the support during this big transition!

First of all, I have to say that this new property management team is the very best. When me and my family moved here a year ago the original apartment we had chose all of a sudden the week before we were supposed to move in was no longer available the old property management company moved us into another apartment without allowing us to see it, and I had no choice because I had already given up my last place. The apartment we moved into was a mess, a hot trash mess and for a year we dealt with slow maintenance and little to no support with the problems in the apartment. Fast forward to a couple of months ago when this new property management company took over, not only were they right on top of every maintenance order we put in, the staff has been great, accommodating and very apologetic for our experience in the past. They have since allowed us to move into a better apartment that is up to par and worth the price. If you asked me a year ago if I would suggest you move to this place, I would say hell no but now with this new property management company I would say yes please

Apartment is under new management and they seem to really care about their clients. There maintenance is fully staffed now so repairs are getting done in a timely manner, i just wish they would leave a notification inside the home that the work has been completed etc. The staff has been great with answering questions and taking the time to make sure you fully understand. This is my second time living in this complex and it is a very nice property now that they are under the new management. Thanks Antoine, Jamise and Ronea have been great.

I had a great experience touring with Antione! I came in with my family, and he made the entire process smooth, welcoming, and informative. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and highlighted features that would work best for us. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and Antione’s professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking to tour!

Is it weird that Ronea is kinda rude...like EVERYONE else in the office is fine but she is a little "off". Other than that the complex is fine. Like Jamise is a jewel and the community manager is stellar but Ronea? Kinda leaves me uncomfortable...
