Greys Harbor at Lake Norman

Moving states was a big step for our family, but Greys Harbor at Lake Norman made it such a positive experience. The staff was always quick to respond, helpful, and clear with communication. Move-in day went smoothly, and everything was handled professionally. We’re so thankful for the support during this big transition!

First of all, I have to say that this new property management team is the very best. When me and my family moved here a year ago the original apartment we had chose all of a sudden the week before we were supposed to move in was no longer available the old property management company moved us into another apartment without allowing us to see it, and I had no choice because I had already given up my last place. The apartment we moved into was a mess, a hot trash mess and for a year we dealt with slow maintenance and little to no support with the problems in the apartment. Fast forward to a couple of months ago when this new property management company took over, not only were they right on top of every maintenance order we put in, the staff has been great, accommodating and very apologetic for our experience in the past. They have since allowed us to move into a better apartment that is up to par and worth the price. If you asked me a year ago if I would suggest you move to this place, I would say hell no but now with this new property management company I would say yes please

I’m currently one week post move in at The Greys and absolutely love my beautiful spacious apartment. Ronea Benjamin is the absolute best! She should definitely be a property manager herself. She was very responsive, informative, and empathetic with my move from another state. I did run into a few hiccups along the way but Wilson the OG maintenance man was so efficient with getting everything straighten out within one hour, no excuses, no lies, and no runaround. Wilson had the best energy and attitude while accomplishing a task for me that most would prolong and continue to put off. This apartment complex is right near Birkdale village for those who love to shop, eat, and mingle!

The new staff is very friendly professional and helpful. Maintenance is always on time and willing to fix issues. They are patient and easy to work with. Easy place to live 10/10 💜

I have so many things to say about this apartment complex that I don't even know where to start. The day I was scheduled for my first visit we had a storm, and despite the horrible conditions Jennifer was incredibly accommodating and kind and made me fall in love with the apartment. I haven't had any issue since I moved in but any time I asked for something she made sure to get everything resolved quickly and hustle free, Jennifer made the overall experience really enjoyable and was a big part in my decision making of showing this complex over others. Super clean, residents are nice and friendly, parking never crowded. Relocating from NYC was a big shock in the first place, but having a nice place to call home at the end of the day made a big difference! Highly recommend this place!
