My baby shower was held here and we had a great experience. Staff was very prompt with email responses as well as accessible the day of the event. The venue was clean and they even put a beautiful sign on the tv that matched the event! We had around 50 guests and I would recommend this venue to others.

I cannot find enough good words to say about Heritage House staff. Andrea and Eddie really cared that our event was perfect for our family reunion. Thank you to the owner Mr. Cavin for hiring such great caring employees. And for providing such a beautiful venue for the community to rent. Thank you from the Mills / Leonard families.

Hello my name is Ann Steele Chambers and I am the owner of AC Creations Events & Décor Wedding and Events Planning Services in Charlotte North Carolina and I had the pleasure to work with the Heritage Place Venue for a wedding on September 18, 2021. The Heritage House is a beautiful venue and has an amazing staff that is very professional. The entire place is spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen is amazing. The kitchen has everything such as an ice machine, warmer, refrigerator etc its beautiful. Let me mention this was the first time I ever had a bride and her bridal party get dressed in a Camper and yes, I said a Camper. This camper is amazing and a unique location for the bride to get ready for her big day. The Heritage House also offered different types of cars for the bride to choose from to ride in to make her big entrance. I am very big on communication when conducting business with venues and I must say the venue manager and her staff made sure if I had any questions or needed to make changes to ensure the wedding would run smoothly there was no hesitation at all to addressed my needs. The fountain in front of this venue is amazing that is what really sold the bride to book this venue. Please plan to take pictures in front of the fountain when you book this venue. Also, I had the pleasure to utilize the funeral home side of the Heritage House to host the wedding ceremony. The Heritage House funeral home allowed me to take their funeral home room and turn it into an amazing wedding ceremony. This room sits 100 guest which was perfect. The guest did not even realize they were in a funeral home room. Their staff made sure I had exactly what I needed to turn my vision into reality. Therefore, if you are looking for a beautiful venue to host your next event or wedding the Heritage House Venue is perfect for you.

We recently celebrated my baby’s first birthday at this venue, and I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience! From the very beginning, Andrea was an absolute doll to work with. She was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely excited to help make our celebration special. Andrea went above and beyond—she didn’t just help us with the space, she provided trusted vendor recommendations that made planning so much easier and stress-free. Thanks to her, we had the perfect setup, amazing decorations, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The venue itself was beautiful and perfect for a first birthday—spacious, clean, and just the right atmosphere for a joyful, family-friendly event.

Nice small venue for any event! Was just here for a wedding. One thing is, it's literally next to a funeral home which threw me off 😅
