Sean with HIDR came to my property yesterday to install a Humminbird XPLORE and related electronics on my pontoon boat. The weather was challenging, with heavy rain, thunder, and lightning, but Sean was patient, professional, and determined to get the job done safely. Even after I suggested postponing until his next availability, he waited for the storms to clear and finished the work. It was obvious from working with Sean that he knows marine electronics and electrical systems extremely well. He has a great deal of experience, explains things clearly, and stands behind the services and equipment he provides. The fact that he comes directly to your property instead of you having to haul your boat somewhere is a huge benefit. HIDR Electronics is the place to go to if your boat needs an upgrade on stereo equipment or a Garmin upgrade! After confusion on equipment being used all my fault, Jennifer and Sean stuck with me. Sean is very knowledgeable with Garmin equipment and is also certified through Garmin so he explained the whole process on how my Garmin works with my new system. Jennifer and Sean stayed in touch throughout the whole process. So if you’re thinking about going to Freeman’s save your money and time. I learned the hard expensive lesson. You will save money and be pleased with Sean not selling you something you don’t need. Sean added 4 speakers, additional amp, 2 new head units front and rear. Also added the stereo to run through the Garmin display which is a game changer.

Sean is the most meticulous and detailed person I have ever had hired to do work for me and that's far and few between in today's market which speaks volumes within itself for the extremely high work ethic and character that is displayed. My project was a rather large one with a complete rewire of my entire vessel along with adding some extras that I didn't have before. Yes their prices maybe a little higher than other places but you definitely get what you pay for which is exceptional quality, great workmanship, and keen attention to detail, and that alone is worth paying a little more, not to mention the customer service is top notch as well.
