Highway 16 Auto Repair, LLC

New to the area, my car started shaking one day and then my interior door wouldn’t open; my family referred me to these guys. I spoke with Cory and from the jump he was very kind, honest and helpful. I explained my situation, and how my vehicle that needed work is my only mode of transportation currently. I was given a fair timeframe of when they would be able to get my car done by. I live about a mile and a half down the road from the shop, and was going to walk home. To my surprise, Tim stopped me in the parking lot (as they were concerned for my safety walking along the highway), and Cory gave me a ride home AND when my car was done, he came and got me from my house! They looked my car over and found a couple of additional things that needed to be done to it, they called me to let me know and gave me the options vs assuming and just doing. Not to bring THIS aspect up but it can be a reality sometimes: as a woman who’s not well versed in the car repair world, it can be easy to be taken advantage of. Not here however, I felt beyond taken care of, educated and respected by these guys! Cars are expensive, but I was happily surprised at my total by the end of it all. A HUGE thank you and my continued patronage will be given to these guys, as they are AWESOME!

Tonya and Graham have always taken care of my car and looked out for me with honesty and by providing quality auto care through their mechanics and business built on trust honesty. No one there suggests extra frills just because they're trying to make more money, if it's not needed or not what I'm there for they let me know my best bet! Corey and the other front desk guy are always friendly. I remember going for an oil change and my seatbelt was all twisted up and came back to it being straightened out and fixed without me even asking for it! Just an all around great and LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS!

I only had routine maintenance done, but going forward, this is the place I will call when I need my car serviced. This is a busy shop, but they are very organized. They were ready to work on my car as soon as I showed up for my noon appointment. The prices are reasonable and everyone is courteous and professional.

I’ve been there twice and it’s a great place! Reasonable, honest and easy to make an appointment. I’ve left the dealership in Huntersville after they were constantly upselling and over charging. I’m happy to have found this place!

Hi all. This is a fantastic operation. My son needed a repair done to his car immediately and when I called, Tommy was there to help. He fit my car into their hectic schedule and had the repairs done same day. I can thank them enough for the wonderful service they provide. I won't go anywhere else if I don't have too.
