Since joining this gym, I’ve enjoyed the forced sweat, workout and “relaxation” all in one place. I most recently got to speak with the owner who helped me with a problem and she was thorough, thoughtful and super personable. Thank you LKN Hotworx! 👏

When I signed up I was never told about the 6 month contract and the lady who worked there at the time seemed to be in a rush and did not have me sign a contract. After 3 months none of the videos ever changed and it was very repetitive. When I called to cancel I was told there was a 100 dollar cancellation fee. I thought that was strange considering I was not in a contract with them. The owner or manager was talking to me as if I was stupid and got frustrated when I asked to see the contract that I supposedly signed. She refused to show me because I clearly didn’t sign one. She cancelled my membership on the spot and charged me the 100 dollar fee. Still refusing to send me the “signed contract” this place is a scam and NOT worth it!

Started with my wife around 3 months ago when they first opened. One of the best cardio workouts I’ve ever had in such a short period of time. I’m down from 192 to 176. Guys can easily use this as a way to cut faster and get cardio done in half the time. I will continue to go and enjoy the hot sauna. Even if you’re not in a mood to workout it’s a dry sauna for a cheaper price then what the other places charge.

The atmosphere is very encouraging in this gym. You get to choose to workout alone or with another member. I’m never scared to workout here and I love that it’s a safe space to workout. The staff is wonderful and you can trust everything is sanitized. And I think it’s so sweet that HOTWORX goes above and beyond for its members 🥹

The concept is a great idea, working out in a sauna. However they told me when I started that the classes/ routines changed every 6 weeks which is not true. It’s the same exact routine with a different instructor. Their philosophy is doing the same routine over and over will get you to perfect it. Well that’s really boring and why most people give up on exercise. Repetition is boring. They also don’t tell you the stuff you need to buy for all the classes. I can’t remember exactly but I think it’s about $200 for the whole kit. Then there are fees for signing up , so it’s pretty pricey to get started. This was just something I wanted to do for the winter while it was cold out. Now that it’s getting nice out I wanted to cancel my monthly draft. There is nowhere to do that on the app so you have to do it in person. There is never anyone working there when I go so I left a written letter. I was shocked when they texted me back and told me it was $100 just to cancel. No one told me that when I signed up and frankly I think that is bad business. I may have wanted to sign up again next winter but now, no way I’ll be back.
