HydroHelp911 Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

A few years ago, we needed major help with cleaning up and encapsulating our crawlspace after a very humid summer. We wanted to support local and HydroHelp 912 came very highly recommended. Fast forward to now, and we were in need of some crawlspace repair including a new rim joist, sub flooring and several beams with cracks that needed help from damage that had been done prior to the encapsulation. Naturally, we called HydroHelp 911 again. Austin promptly came out and assessed our space and what we would need, went over everything in detail and provided a quote instantly. On top of the quick turn around time, the quote was very competitive to the others we had received and more comprehensive. Not even 2 weeks later our space is fully renovated and all issues were addressed. Ben and Dalton did a fantastic job, and all in one day! Plus they were happy to let our cat watch all the action. We cannot recommend HydroHelp and their team more for any of your crawlspace needs.

I contacted Hydro Help for reassurance with my foundation and potential shifting/water issues. I recently purchased my house and it had water issues previously so I knew there was some work to do. The salesperson Clint, worked with me to come up with a solution that worked for my budget, and have a game plan for approaching potential issues in the future. Steven was my project manager and he was easy to coordinate and communicate with. Dalton and Ben were my installers for the day and did a great job. After they completed the install, there were some items I wanted changed for my own peace of mind. They came back out and changed what I asked and completed some repair work in an area that was accidentally damaged. I’ll update this review overtime as to how the work holds up! We ultimately decided to encapsulate the basement and put a commercial dehumidifier in the basement, and will monitor the areas that may be shifting to see how much they are shifting. Ultimately I’m happy with the install and the solutions we have come up with!
