HydroHoist of the Carolinas

Had issue with my very old Boat Lift which left my boat tilted heavily to one side. Contacted HydroHoist of Carolinas who immediately replied and rapidly came out to resolve lift issues to get my boat back flat and floating. Although they would have repaired the old lift, I understood how it old it was, etc. Accordingly I asked and rapidly received a quote for removal of old and install of new Lift. We established an install schedule to meet both our needs and on the scheduled date, the install guys gave me an “on the way” text at expected timeframe. They arrived, explained what they were going to do and assisted me in moving boat out of way. They clearly knew what they were doing, polite, professional and went to work. Upon completion, they provided operating instructions and Invoice for agreed quote. They answered all of my questions. The Lift is newer design with steel, out-of-water structures, polyethylene tanks and very simple controls. They handled Warranty process. Greg with HydroHoist was very responsive, patient and professional with all communications. Very pleased with product and all services. Highly recommend this company and fully expect the new Lift will provide many years of operations.

Excellent business standards that you can count upon. We have a Hydrohoist lift and PWC dock. Excellent quality, professional and most capable staff to support their products. I recall a modification when we changed boats when final charge was less than estimated and had a recent service need where they exceeded expectations once again. Highly recommend!

Great service from HydroHoist. When we first purchased our house we had to reconfigure out lift from a vhull to a tritoon. This was back in 2019. They came out and did a great job. We needed to reconfigure again for different type of boat. I am not an expert and they could have easily charged a lot of money to reconfigure again. Two Gentleman came out and completely reconfigured the lift. They discovered they didn't need any additional parts and the price was very reasonable. On the lake these days you have to be very careful who you hire and you never know. Hydrohoist has been out twice on time and treated me very fairly. I deeply appreciate their honesty and service!
