I couldn’t be happier with my experience at HydroHoist of the Carolinas! From the very first call, Greg was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution for my boat lift needs.
It’s clear that Greg takes pride in offering the time to walk me through proper use, maintenance, and he answered my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated.

We needed our HydroHoist lift, installed by the previous homeowner, adjusted to accommodate our new tritoon. We had an excellent customer service experience with Mike. Brian, and Greg. Very easy to schedule, courteous and professional service, and we’re very pleased with the results.

Amazing crew. The owner Mike is a perfectionist. He's been in the business for over 35 years, and he knows his stuff. I had a chance to meet Mike in person. He greatly cares about his products and only cares about providing the best. Great personality. Overall, I am very satisfied that I picked HydroHoist.

Best Lifts/Best Service on Lake James. I got the 5000 Shallow Water Ultra. I am new to the lake and boating scene. Mike was extremely patient and informative to help me navigate the best lift for my Robalo CC boat and location on Lake James. He returned every text/call I made when I could not catch him live. His guys Bryan and Phillip showed up on time and had my new lift up in just a few hours. They gave me a thorough training on operating the lift and remained until I no longer had questions. I know if I have any questions/issues they will provide great service. Just a great group of people to work with.

Pretty seamless experience on my end, great job installing the lift, showed me how to use the system and set boarding height. Lift fills in minutes, lifts the boat completely out of the water. They were also very accommodating to do the install the same day as my boat delivery.
