Super friendly staff. Sara was welcoming and knowledgeable. Showed up without any appointment and she took us right in to see slabs of various quartz and granite available on site. We wanted to see more options and Sara set us up to see a ginormous warehouse full of options Go check them out lots of to look e options and they install!

Sarah was fantastic to work with and helped me pick out the right stone for my fireplace. She has great communication and follow up. I would highly recommend them again. Very pleased with the finished product.

I have been using InStyle Tile for quite a few years. My clients enjoy working with the staff and love the selections that are available in their showroom. As a designer, I appreciate the feedback and the knowledge that is given to me about the tile and other materials that they offer. They will continue to get my business.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hoping to briefly compare quartz and quartzite and was upfront that I would not be purchasing from here because I am renovating out of state. A man rushed from the back, and abruptly demanded I get out immediately. I understand if a business prefers to focus on potential buyers, but there’s a right way to handle it. There was no need for such hostility—other stores were more than happy to assist.

I got part of my kitchen renovation done with another popular countertop/stone company in Mooresville and InStyle did a better job (they finished the job) with their attention to detail and communication with my project. They were also less expensive. Sarah was great.
