Jason’s Deli never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The salad bar is top-notch, sandwiches are consistently delicious, and there are plenty of healthy options to choose from. The staff is friendly, fast, and welcoming, and the restaurant is always clean and comfortable. Great portions, great service, and great value—one of my go-to spots every time. Most importantly Sean/ Kenny were absolutely amazing.

I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with Jason’s Deli today. I placed a clear phone order for FOUR veggie sandwiches and not just “bread and vibes.” These were supposed to include avocado, hummus, pesto aioli, and actual flavor. What we received instead was a sad excuse for food: raw mushrooms, tomatoes, dry spinach, no salt, no sauces, no spreads nothing. These sandwiches tasted like air trapped between bread. Completely dry. Completely inedible. We had no choice but to throw them away. I’m a regular customer, with mass orders and which makes this even more infuriating. I trusted this order to be done right, especially after clearly explaining it on the phone. That trust was a mistake. Apparently ordering from a different town means quality control just disappears. If you’re advertising veggie options, they should at least be “edible” This wasn’t a customization error this was a total failure. Wasted money, wasted time, and extremely disappointing from a place I normally rely on. Do better. Because this experience was unacceptable!

Love Jason's Deli!! I visited recently with My Aunt, Nana and Daughter. Great customer service, great food, and Very clean. The salad bar had a very helpful person at it that made sure everything was stocked, organized and clean. We couldn't eat all our food and we had a nice manager That got us bowls and boxed things up for us. They also freshened up our soup to carry home the food is always excellent and prices are good. The tomato soup reminds me of my Grandmother's homemade!! So good!! I took my Granddaughter to the bathroom and it was very clean. Which is always a plus. Hickory is the best location around!!

I had a really great experience at Jason’s Deli. The food was very tasty and everything tasted fresh and well-made. You can tell they care about the quality of their ingredients. The employees were also very nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great place to eat and I would definitely go back again.
