We had a Generac generator installed by JCT and we had a great experience. This was the 4th proposal that we got and not the cheapest but in the middle. The different was Scott and how he explained everything including advantages and disadvantages when it came to warranties, sizes, pricing, service etc etc. He didn't push for a deal and was very knowledgeable. Again, we had 4 companies coming to the house and by far Scott was the one that explained everything in detail. I don't understand the reviews around people at the office being rude. My experience is that May and others at the office were super friendly and communicated well including responding to emails pretty quickly. The installation was done as promised and the guys were very professional. They cleaned everything and left everything in great shape. Finally, Alex came to start the generator after passing inspection. Same experience. On time very professional end explained everything in detail. I have recommended JCT to another friend that has had a few companies over for estimates and he also decided to go with JCT. Thanks for a great and smooth process JCT team!!

I purchased a Generic generator through Costco’s reward program and had JCT Electric Inc install it. Their team handled everything like pros that they are. They got the permits, got the generator, handled the inspections, and explained the automatic operation of the generator. All I had to do was be home to give access and pay, of course. I highly recommend JCT Electric Inc.
