Definitely Commandment 10a - Thou Shalt Eat Jet's Pizza. Absolutely Wonderful. Ordered online since I was in 2 Video Meetings for the next hour: Small, Square Cut, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Extra Sauce, Requested for Tomotoes to be added after the Pizza was cooked. Flavorful and showed up 40 mins before the estimated time. Over Delivered. If you are looking for Pizza, Stop Looking, you sinning. 😯😉😬😁😮🔥🤣😂💪🏾💜.... I should have taken photos before I started Smashing, bruh man was HONgry, eating at 3pm.

I experienced significant disappointment with the pizza I received this evening. From the very first bite, it was evident that the pizza was excessively doughy, indicating that it’s undercooked. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the so called manager Tiffany, I found her response to be unprofessionally unhelpful; she declined to provide any accommodations, even when I suggested returning the pizza. As a regular customer, I am troubled by the prospect of improperly cooked food being served, as it presents a considerable health risk. It is essential that quality standards be enhanced. I suggest they do better before someone gets sick. Just to clarify, in the photo, what appears to be melted cheese is actually uncooked dough.

This is the crush my teeth and brain have been looking for! 😍 Met one of the owners. They were a delight to talk to. Glad to know that there are three more locations! I just had a simple Pepperoni 4 square personal pizza. This was so good. I have no idea how I got full on just three squares. I am hoping by the time I am done writing this, I can eat the last one. This crunch is NOT to be wasted!!! It's 90° outside. It's better inside, but not by much. It is a pizza shop, so it's expected. Still worth eating NOW!

To the owner of the franchise Todd, I am writing to bring a recent and very disappointing experience to your attention. I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, it was burnt. To resolve the issue quickly and without inconvenience to your staff, I drove to the Jets Pizza location in Huntersville with the intention of simply having the pizza remade. I even offered to pay for the remake, as I was not looking for nor expecting a refund. Unfortunately, the manager on duty, Tiffany, was extremely rude during the interaction. When I asked for her manager’s contact information, she refused to provide it. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position. As the owner of this franchise, I strongly encourage you to consider hiring better qualified employees or at the very least providing additional training to your current staff. I have supported Jets Pizza for years, but I cannot continue to spend my money at an establishment where customers are treated with such disrespect. With so many dining options in the area, experiences like this make it very easy to take my business elsewhere. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I urge you to address these issues promptly, as the behavior of the employees will ultimately be the downfall of this location.

Jet's pizza never disappoints. Here from out of town and called but no answer.. 🤔 so we did walk in and ordered to go about half hour before closing. Staff was friendly and had it ready in about 10 minutes.
