Had a great experience with Jerryd Connell on 1/29. He has come out several times in last few years to treat a recurring fire ant issue. This time was for fire ants and mice. He addressed my issue with his professionalism and knowledge. He is a true credit to his company

Used these guys for years for a variety of pest control services. Always courteous and through - our tech is typically Jonathan Moose and he does a great job of communicating via text, calling out problem areas and adjusting treatment as needed. Also very thoughtful of our outside pets given some of the treatments need to dry for about an hour before the should be allowed back out. Great service provider for our family.

I started using this service mid 2017 and kept it for 7 years. When it started out they were fantastic. Courteous , conscientious, and thorough. As we went through the pandemic I was understanding as they adjusted their servicing techniques . However they didn't adjust back and i honestly believe they're overall work ethic has become lazy and inept. Since mid 2020 it has never been the same l. They have a different tech every time. They rush through and do a sorry job on their best day. They skip the cob webs, spray inconsistently, and skip areas constantly. Overall just terrible especially compared to what they use to be. I spoke with the retention team (Elsa) today. She was nice and polite and explained that they have just had a very hard time maintaining employees and Im sympathetic to that however at the end of the day when you pay an average of $150+ per service you would hope they would spend the time to do the job half right. I cancelled! I would not recommend!!

We had the pleasure of working with Rickey. Very personable, professional, and punctual. Was very thorough when assessing our home and took his time. Signed up for the year subscription and believe it’s worth every penny. I will definitely continue my service with Killingsworth!

We experienced excellent service from Killingsworth on the installation of a new hot water heater. Miles came out and gave us a quote, and was one of two to install it. He was very friendly and professional and he kept my house clean (attic installation). Jason was also nice and professional. They did a great job!!
