The service representatives were great communicators and very friendly. The appointment had to be adjusted on their part two different times, but it didn’t inconvenience me, and they gave me plenty of notice. They were on time to the appointment and got right to work. My husband and I were impressed at the quality of the work and the diligent way the reps worked through the scheduled time. They even encouraged us to check out the car and let them know if we saw anything else to be addressed. I spent time looking over everything and sent them on their way. I didn’t catch it while they were still on the property, but they did miss cleaning the inside console of one of our vehicles. It’s not a big issue since it’s a simple wipe, and because they asked us to check and even I missed it. They were genuinely so kind. I would highly recommend using them!

I had an excellent experience with this detailing company. They were punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. My car looks and smells brand new — every surface was spotless, including areas I wouldn’t have even thought to check. The attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend if you want your vehicle treated with care and precision.

Just had my truck detailed by them and learned the hard way that when they say a time, they mean an hour beforehand (that’s fine, though)! Not only is my truck spotless, but they also fixed an issue I’d been having with it. My steering wheel wasn’t sticking in one spot when the lever was pushed up, whatever they did fixed the issue. They went above and beyond in terms of professionalism and customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!
