KS Audio Video

KS installed and programmed 2 new TV & audio systems that Brock planned to fit our needs. We were very happy with everything he recommended. Several days after the installation we felt some adjustments to the wall mount were needed. Daniel Burch came out and took several hours to adjust and reinstall the TV without new holes in the wall. He exceeded our expectations with his attention to detail. This is our second project with KS and we highly recommend them

It's rare to find a professional service provider like KS. Deep technical expertise, a polished approach and a reasonable price. They did a redo and update of a Control4 system that was in a house we recently purchased and they listened to what we wanted/needed and made it happen. Thanks to Daniel, Jeff and Terra for a very seamless and positive experience.

Needed speaker wire ran from my attic to the other side of my living room to power my speakers. KS Audio was fantastic the entire time. Terra had me scheduled quickly, and Craig was right on time! In just 1 hour I had my fully functioning surround sound system, and he even stayed to show me how to tweak the settings to get the sound just right. I will definitely be using KS for all of my AV needs.

I have to join the chorus. I can't possibly be happier with my KS experience. From System Designer David, Terra Scheduling (and I'm sure probably a lot more), Billy & Jodi Installation and Daniel Service Manager, they're definitely the "A Team"! We had our main audio system upgraded. We have a great TV but couldn't hear dialog clearly with all the other systems we tried. My wife would turn on the captions but I'm not a big fan of reading TV. David selected components that addressed our issue, Terra was very communicative and efficient with the scheduling, Billy and Jodi completed a clean impressive install. After a day of listening I realized that a couple streaming apps required a little fine tuning. Terra was on the case and set me up a service call with Daniel. I found Daniel to be a very personable, knowledgeable person who addressed my every concern. He even programmed a feature into the remote to address an additional small issue. Everyone worked to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new system. I would definitely do business with KS Audio Video again and recommend them to anyone!

Extremely professional. Diagnosed and gave options for solutions. After installing new Araknis System, went above and beyond to correct any other issues. The following day we had a connection problem and Craig immediately returned to correct. This team is exceptional and we very much appreciate their service. Highly recommend hiring KS Audio Video.
