We worked with Mike to buy a second/investment home. So, at first, we were timid and anxious. We were also out of town buyers. Mike set us up with some search alerts and would provide notes and supporting documents on properties that piqued our interest. He was very patient with us as we learned what we wanted. He went on several video call property visits with us before we came into town for a day of in-person showings. These showings gave us the rest of the knowledge needed on the market. We found a place that popped up on MLS several days later, and Mike made a point of going the same day to get it on video for us. We worked up a package and made an offer based on Mike's advice and quick ability to create a relationship with the selling agent. Throughout our due diligence, Mike went above and beyond to ensure that we had the facts and comfort we needed to proceed, often hosting inspectors and service providers on our behalf. Ultimately, we closed within 30 days and could not be happier! Thank you Mike!
