All the dredging, shoreline, community docks and bulkheads for the two major development communities on Lake Norman, the Point on Brawley School Road and the one Peninsula off Jetton Road, were done by Lake Norman Dredging. They are leading the innovation on Lake Norman and the number 1 environmental friendly company. With 50+ years of superb service and experience, you can’t go wrong with this company. We had two trees come down and absolutely tear up our shoreline in 2018 and, as time went by, they started to slip down towards the lake and further threaten the integrity of our property. Lake Norman Dredging came in this week and did an amazing job fortifying the shoreline, taking out two massive tree stumps, and improving the appearance of the shore immensely. They were very prompt and professional when they arrived to do the work and had it done in 24 hours, just as they had said they would. I highly recommend them whenever you find yourself in need of shoreline repair and riprap work. They are a great company to work with and I cannot say enough positive things about them.

Lake Norman Dredging & Marine did a great job with our project. They helped us through the permit process, excavated around our boat dock, and designed/built our new dock. They were easy to work with and did excellent work. I highly recommend this company!

Kudos to Lake Norman Dredging & Marine for its recent (Oct ’19) outstanding efforts in buttressing our property’s protection against LKN currents with tons of shoreline rip rap. The work has added appreciably to the enjoyment, appearance, and value of our lakeside home. Of the several contractors submitting bids, LKN’s seasoned knowledge about what was needed, and its candor, were evident from the start. Contractor came by the very same day I first phoned to assess what needed to be done. They made helpful suggestions about materials and layout upon evaluating the site. And once selected, they demonstrated responsiveness, integrity, and incredible attention to detail. Their estimate was the least costly of all, by a large measure; and there were no “hidden” or “extra” charges, even though a good bit more stone was needed than was estimated. Upon being selected, they arranged to get the requisite permits before proceeding. The working crew could not have been more friendly and helpful, and contributed substantially to the satisfying result. It’s rare these days to see such top-notch professionalism in any area of customer service, all the while performing even beyond our expectations. A job extraordinarily well done, and at very reasonable cost. Can’t beat that!
