Lake Norman Fence

Could not be any happier with our experience with Lake Norman Fence! From initial contact with Chase thru installation with the crew, everyone was incredibly professional! So glad to have chosen Lake Norman Fence. Although our fence project took an unexpected turn right before our first installation date, which we cancelled after signing the contract, Chase had no issue with refunding our deposit. A few months later we decided to move forward with our original plans of having our backyard fenced. Lake Norman Fence would be the ONLY contractor we called. Chase came back out to our property, remeasured, helped with a few design elements and quoted us the same pricing as our first install months prior. We know that prices fluctuate and let Chase know we would not have an issue with a price increase, but he chose to keep the cost as our original bid. THANK YOU!! (that meant ALOT to us!) Our fence project looks FANTASTIC!

Perfection from start to finish! Cannot recommend Lake Norman Fence enough. Chase, the owner, was so easy to work with and his crew was incredibly talented! Their craftsmanship is fantastic. They had to remove an old wood, rotted fence and replicate and re-build a new one from scratch around our pool equipment. It was in a very tricky spot around flowers, vines and a huge old Holly tree. They also replaced an old aluminum gate with a new one and two sections of our fence while matching the existing fence. I can't recommend Lake Norman Fence enough!

We had Chase and his crew install 375' of fence around our property for the dogs. I received 4 quotes and ultimately decided to go with Lake Norman Fence based on Chase making good suggestions on the best route. We were not following property line exactly and had a couple routes to go. He suggested the hardest route through the woods and we couldn't be happier. His quote did come in a little higher than the others, but once we discussed this it was based on them including TruClose hinges and Magna locks on the 3 gates we added. Others didn't mention this option but Chase always considers this a standard feature, but we could have removed if we wanted. We are very pleased with these two added items that we didn't originally plan on. At the time of install, the crew walked every foot of the install path with me and went over every detail (door swing inside, hinge location, etc) and everything was done exactly as we discussed. I believe the total install was completed in about 6 hours.

I met with 3 fence companies to obtain bids for a new fence. I was most impressed with Lake Norman Fence. Their process was simple from start to finish. Chase Foley met me at our new home to discuss parameters. We needed a HOA compliant fence to safely secure two small dogs. Chase answered all of my questions and provided information about a double-picket fencing which was the best choice for our yard. Chase emailed a proposed fence diagram with a reasonable estimate. We submitted his diagram directly to our HOA. The project was quickly HOA approved. Lake Norman Fence promptly scheduled installation, arrived on time and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend their company.

Any questions or changes we needed to make, Chase was always quick with a reply. The guys that came out to do the installation were quick and efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. Chase's pricing was very competitive and his customer service was superior compared to the other companies I had quotes from. I would recommend Lake Norman Fence to anyone with a fence need!
