Andrew and his team did an amazing job tiling 2 showers and a fireplace in our home, as well as installing new carpet in 4 bedrooms. Our realtor recommended that we contact Andrew when we were updating these areas before selling our home. From the first phone call we were off and running quickly. Andrew came to the house and got us a comprehensive quote quickly. Once we were ready to proceed, he met with us at the shop, helped us pick out the tile and carpet, and then got us on the schedule, which was never deviated from. Andrew also guided me on scheduling plumbers to get the space prepped. He gave me excellent advice and I was very grateful, as many times I told him I was out of my wheelhouse! The team that did demo and installation of our tile and carpet was so professional. They took extra care to protect the home as the work was done, and cleaned up so there was no evidence work has even taken place. They even managed to salvage some quartz slabs from our original shower that I was hoping to reuse to save a little $$$. I love the results and would recommend Lake Norman Floors for any home improvement project. I should add that we did a good bit of research before moving forward with our projects, and the price Lake Norman Floors quoted was very competitive, which only made the decision easier for us.

Floor could not gone better. They are one of very few companies that would install my complex floor and did great job. If you need a very professional flooring company, these are the guys to use and on top of that their prices were really very reasonable. I bid 13 different companies including big box stores. Would definitely use them again.
