Lake Norman Glass & Custom Closets

We recently had Lake Norman Glass and Custom Closets install a frameless glass shower door and shelving for a kitchen pantry. Everyone I worked with including the office staff, sales representative, and installers were friendly, skilled, and professional. We are very pleased with both our shower glass and shelves. I highly recommend this company!

LKN glass and custom closets has been phenomenal to work with from start to finish and even beyond. I can’t sing enough praises to this local business. Their prices and quality are fair and their attention to detail is very appreciated. I recently ordered custom mirrors for our home from them. After the windows were cleaned, not by them, I noticed possible imperfections. LKNGCC quickly made a day/time to come out and check on them. The good news was, where I had concerns of damage ended up being a false alarm and thanks to them, they cleaned them off for extra peace of mind. The even better news though! In their own attention to detail and findings, they noticed two places I never saw and on their own ordered expedited replacements. Within 3-5 business days, they were installing new mirrors. It was so nice having them looking out for us not only in present but for future. I’m so thankful we have LKNGCC here locally! If you are looking for mirrors, definitely give them a chance! ( pictures show where LKNGCC found demarcation and promptly replaced without customer ever noticing; the blocks under mirrors were removed once glue dried for hanging mirrors. You can choose brackets, I believe is the term, for install or they can glue them on. ) PS: I’m planning to have them do our closets next! Great place to do business everyone is friendly - Josh doing the measuring , Jerami drawing the job, Tamara running the place, Daniel and James installing the glass, and Bob, the owner all treated me like family and on top of that I got a beautiful glass enclosure for the shower WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR.

The Owner and Staff at Lake Norman Glass are Great! I was treated like an old friend from the time I entered the Store until I got my glass. These are Great people and are reasonably priced How could you go wrong doing business here.

Our flooring Contractor recommended this company. Mike Thomas was very easy to reach and came to our house promptly. Tammy was most helpful in explaining payment methods, etc. The installers were very kind and respectful of our home. The glass doors on our shower look beautiful! Explained the warranties well. We will definitely use this business again.
