Yuri was an amazing agent. He found us the home we moved into 3 years ago and even helped me carry up furniture when I was planning a surprise ‘man cave’ for my husband. We just closed selling on the same home yesterday and he walked us through all the steps and hurdles. He made sure the home was ready for the new buyers and their German shepherd so they could have a stress free transition. Could not thank him enough for all of his help and guidance.

Yuri Carvalho has been our buyer’s agent in the Lake Norman region since May 2024. We spent 2 separate, very full weeks with him viewing homes all around the lake and saw 7-8 homes per day while we were in town. Yuri not only exemplifies the openness and friendliness of the people of North Carolina, but he is also immensely knowledgeable and patient. There was not one bit of pushiness. We finally fell in love with a home in December 2025, and closed on it early this spring. Yuri always had Lake Norman Mike as a resource for additional advice, but he was rarely needed. Yuri was very helpful during the closing process and assisted us with the home inspections and coordinating repairs while we were preparing our out of state home for sale. Since closing, Yuri continues to be extremely diligent and helpful. We are happy to see that he maintains a long term relationship with his clients.

I never felt like he was pressuring me for the sake of making a sale, and it was relieving to trust my real estate agent. He's a great person who works hard for his clients.
