Lake Norman Plumber On Call

Now 8 months later I had to call this plumber again. My well pump failed on Sunday morning. Called and a plumber was on the way in 45 minutes. Diagnosed as the very old pump had croaked. All electric lines and breakers checked. Pump replaced. Water sanitized, pump, and electric lines put back in the ground. Very impressive work in a short time. Post from 8 months earlier below... So somebody took off my well house cap and tromped on my pipes and broke them Saturday night. I called our regular plumbers emergency line and nobody answered. I called Lake Norman. They answered right away. Wanted some pictures. Said they'd be out around 2:00. After looking at the pictures and knowing that we didn't have any water at all, they showed up around 11:30. Steve was very good, fast, and in no time we had water. He also found several other issues with our filtration system and our pressure tank. We just had him fix it all and it's all done. Everything was done as promised, completed before the time they said it would be finished, and was right on the pricing that they gave us in the beginning. I guess we have a new plumber! Wonderful that they could get it all done on a Saturday morning! UPDATE... Hey it's Monday morning. And guess what? The owner of this company called us in the morning to make sure that we had water and everything was fine. How many plumbing companies do that? These guys are the best around.

Called these guys after we had our main sewer line back up and we had a couple other issues. They came out and fixed the problems promptly, professionally and more importantly 5x cheaper than the first quote I got from one of these big brand plumbers. I highly recommend Lake Norman Plumbers on Call for anyone in the area.

We called this company and they returned out call the next business day first thing in the morning and were able to come out that same day. They found a leak in a water pipe and repaired it same day. The service was great as well as the price and the guys that came out to do the repair were very nice to deal with.
