Lake Norman Pool & Spa - Denver

Owning a pool is fun, Lake Norman Pool and Spa makes it great! No more worries about balancing chemicals or never ending battles with hateful algae. These folks make pool maintenance easy! They have changed our pool life this summer. We are customers for life!

I have been using LKN Pool & Spa Denver for about 2 years now. I consider Vanessa, Brian and Ethan to be friends at this point! I take my water weekly to be tested (for FREE) so I can be sure I'm not messing up my investment in our pool. They take all the guess work out of it and I'm grateful for their service.

The customer service with this company has really gone down hill. In the past we have gotten good service but unfortunately that is no longer the case. We dropped off a pool vacuum to be repaired a month ago and was told it would be it would be 2 weeks. My wife has left message after message always being promised a call back by "Matt." The vacuum was taken by them to the Statesville location for repair. She has also left multiple messages at that location as well and again promised a call back. At this point we just want the broken vacuum brought back so we can take it to Leslies which is what we should have done in the first place. This is what we get for trying to do business "locally."

I recently purchased a Nordic Hot Tub from the Denver, NC store. Starting with the first time I entered the store, both Vanessa and Matt have exhibited nothing but the utmost in customer service. I have been back to the store several times now to have my tub's water tested and every time I've been greeted with genuine friendliness. I also give 5 stars to Chris and his crew for delivering and setting up the tub.

I fired my previous pool maintenance company because they were charging crazy money to do nothing and still had algae. I started going there once a week for my pool water analysis and chemical recommendation. They do an exceptional job. Recently I was having trouble with my chlorine levels being low despite keeping it running at 100%, they told me how to clean the chlorinator and my chlorine levels are normal again! They’re honest and fair! I highly recommend Lake Norman Pool and Spa!
