I live in Michigan, but was looking for a waterfront condo on Lake Norman. How do you find a trustworthy reliable person when you live 10 hours away. Well, my mom passed away this past July and we had her house up for sale by an agent named Ryan Van Den Boogaart In Michigan, so I presented this question to Ryan From real estate one in Rochester Michigan. Ryan said I can help you, Real estate one has a pretty strong vetting process for people looking for real estate in other states. After a few days, Ryan contacted me and said I think I found your guy Eric McCauley. I was given Erick’s phone number And we probably spoke for almost an hour to get to know each other, and for him to understand what I was looking for. After looking at any Properties on the website, I travel down to North Carolina and spent eight hours with Eric driving around the lake looking at different areas. Eric told me that I would ultimately end up in Cornelius, North Carolina. Eric is a very hands-on realtor and was always there to answer my phone calls, text messages and emails.
