We used Lake Norman Realty for three years to rent a house in the area. The entire process was straightforward and easy, from move in to move out. Repair requests were addressed in a timely manner, with a great maintenance staff on hand as well as qualified local businesses to help with HVAC and plumbing. We worked directly with Angela who was quick to respond to all requests, although everyone we encountered was friendly and cordial. Highly recommend using Lake Norman to find your next rental!

When we started our plans to make the move from California to Lake Norman, Terese sent daily listings so we could watch the market and narrow down areas of interest. She went over and above by helping us secure a temporary rental. We had an amazing experience with Lori Kindle as our agent. We were referred to Lori and Lake Norman Realty through our previous realtors relo group as we where moving out of state, and we couldn't have asked for a better match of a realtor. Lori was very kind, caring, sincere, informative, responsive and at the end, felt like a member of our family. She did leg work for us so that when we made the trip to the area, we had houses and communities lined up so we could make the most of our couple day visits.
