I bought new tires for a motorhome but I needed someone who had the ability to not only install the tires but put the motorhome on a lift and check out the front suspension. Not many places have the ability to do this, but they did. Their service was great! They did exactly what I wanted , were fast and price was fair. Very pleased!

Purchased brand new 33’ 2026 Entegra RV. Dealership sent us to 5 different alignment locations who supposedly was able to align a class C. Traveled 500 miles around NC shop to shop. They couldn’t do class C. Finally sent us to Lake Norman Tire whereas we had little hope they could do it. We were so depressed we bought a $155k lemon and thought we were going to have to get a lawyer involved. Not only did they do alignment, discovered the casters were way out of whack. Took us right away but since we arrived late in the day Matt Frorhlich provided us with a loaner car during the 2 days and allowed us to park and stay in our RV out back behind the building. Had electricity, water, dump. We couldn’t ask for more. When it was completed and we were on the road my husband couldn’t be happier. Every employee was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are camping for several days before heading back to New Hampshire with our German Shepard, Loki. Everyone knows Loki now. 🥰

They don’t just fix your car, they genuinely take care of you, even helping with a loaner vehicle when needed. That level of honesty and care is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust, do yourself a favor and check them out. Highly recommended!

First time customer (just moved to area) and Came in for just a state inspection. Service personal greeted me and were extremely pleasant and helpful. They completed inspection and recommended a couple of minor maintenance items which were very reasonably priced and had them complete those items also. Over all a great experience and would highly recommend.

Very nice staff , was welcoming and offered beverages. My oil change was done in and out with in 20 minutes, they also checked my tires and line up , with full reports on both with pictures. Very happy with the over all quality and professionalism and detail.
