It was my first time using Lakepoint Auto Service to do a coolant flush on my 2000 Chrysler minivan. Before doing the work I was informed of the possibility the car might need a flush more frequently since the visible coolant in the radiator was very dirty & muddy in appearance. I agreed to their suggestion. They said they would do the very best they could considering what was visible. The service was performed within an hour’s time. The staff was pleasant, and I was pleased to have a detailed receipt of the steps performed in the coolant flush. I plan to return for future services. Thank You. Kathleen Cowie

First time user and glad I found Rob and his team. Had my car repaired for "strange noise". He quickly diagnosed the problem, made repair and did state inspection. Focuses on few select services and does them exceedingly well. Fairly priced, met their time commitments, can refer you to other quality services for your total car care. Excellent practices for handling virus, and enforces social distancing, sanitizes your car, masks, and 1 person at a time in office. First time I ever had my credit card sanitized before giving back to me. I trust Lake Point and have moved all my Acura business to them. Thanks Rob. Lakepoint Auto Service is dynamic! Yesterday was the first time I left the Mercedes dealership for service, and I was so impressed with the customer service. Chelsey was able to make my appointment, provide prices, answer all my questions, keep me updated on progress, and pick up time. Also, the prices were a third of the typical dealership fees, and they did not upsell me on any extra issues. Honest and fantastic place, I found my new repair shop!

Contacted Lake Point Auto for a state inspection. Got an appointment quick and the inspection completed. Rob and his crew complete small and big projects with proficiency. If you haven’t used their service, you are missing out on a good service company.
