It was my first time using Lakepoint Auto Service to do a coolant flush on my 2000 Chrysler minivan. Before doing the work I was informed of the possibility the car might need a flush more frequently since the visible coolant in the radiator was very dirty & muddy in appearance. I agreed to their suggestion. They said they would do the very best they could considering what was visible. The service was performed within an hour’s time. The staff was pleasant, and I was pleased to have a detailed receipt of the steps performed in the coolant flush. I plan to return for future services. Thank You. Kathleen Cowie

I have been going to Lakepoint Auto for 21 years. I have never had any issues with them. They’re always willing to help me out and even when I come in and I’m having an issue with my car right now they’ll take the time to look at my car. All of the service people are very friendly and polite A service shop that wants customers to come back You feel very comfortable with them and Rob from the minute you come in to when you leave and your car is fixed

We love Lakepoint! First of all, they are super friendly and attentive. I particularly like that they only fix what is needed and don't try to upsell. Trustworthy and honest - if something doesn't need to be fixed, they will let you know. Their prices are fair too, compared to other shops we have tried in the area. Rob does a great job explaining what was done and includes suggestions for long-term maintenance of our vehicles. Lastly, there have been instances where we needed to drop off our car on short notice, and they have been very accommodating. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Lakepoint Auto Service!

Rob and team do fantastic work. They are thorough and professional, but as was mentioned, they don’t upsell items that aren’t needed. We have used them for both our foreign and US vehicles and have always been quite satisfied with their work and customer service.
