Lakeshore Cabinet

We only have one regret during our kitchen remodel process and it’s that we didn’t find Lakeshore sooner! Randy and Libby designed a space that fit within our timeline, budget, and storage needs. We left town for vacation, trusted them with our home and the process and returned to a beautiful Shiloh kitchen with cabinets that look (wow!) like carefully crafted furniture. Details like mitered edges, inset doors, and flawless Sherwin Williams color finishes. Would you believe their quote was less than Kraftsmaid at the big box stores?! The hidden gem in this experience was their contractor/installer Mark Augustine. He is behind the scenes until the install, but he is one in a million. His integrity, competency, and attention to detail is rare to find in the trades and we are so grateful he agreed to help us with finishing off other details (lighted cabinets, installing the appliances, etc). We can’t wait to return to them for our next project and highly recommend them for any cabinet needs. Truly masters of their trade! Thank you again!

Randy is by far the most detailed-oriented designer we have had the pleasure of working with; nothing is overlooked and everything is measured correctly. As we explored ideas, his feedback was indispensable: his recommendations and advice resulted in a kitchen and laundry room that fits our needs exactly, with no wasted space and is an absolute joy to be in. He answers every question with knowledge and experience. And we had a lot of questions! Randy helped us pick hardware, fittings, layout, and even appliances by discussing trade-offs and enumerating through what we had to consider. We worked with other vendors before Randy who left us even more confused, but Randy made sure everything we were getting matched what we needed perfectly. Perfect is not a word used idly: if something needs to be verified, Randy goes in with the tape measure himself. Using his experience as a builder, he went through our entire house to discuss our options and the changes that were possible. He continued this as he designed to make sure the entire kitchen and laundry room would install without issue, delivering immaculate renders that we know saved us time, money, and energy when working with various contractors. The project was an investment that Randy made sure to not only be a gorgeous upgrade, but a completely practical space to use and live in. His work is only bested by his professionalism; Randy is always on time, never rushed us when working with us or meeting with us, and made as many trips as needed to make sure of every detail. During a time period when it feels like every contractor does not have time for you, we had nothing but trust in Randy and Lakeshore Cabinets. This was “our” space but everyone on the team treated it like they were building out their own, respecting our home and installing with the utmost precision. We could not be happier with the results. Randy is a master of kitchen design. He was recommended by our contractor and he designed the perfect kitchen for our needs. He is organized, attentive and thorough with every detail. He recommended options that I would have never thought to do and maximized the space and functionality. The installer, Mark, was meticulous and we had no issues during the installation process. Working with Randy was a wonderful experience, in my opinion you could not find anyone better. The finished kitchen exceeded our expectations and is truly our dream kitchen.

Randy is amazing. Truly a gem in this business. He has an incredible eye for detail and made sure that the design fit perfectly with our crazy lifestyle of entertaining and a large family. He listened to all my thoughts, took into account of how I used my kitchen, and made suggestions that would make my life even easier. He stuck to our budget, and made sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. He's truly a talent, and I can't speak enough about his installer's work, Jason.
