After years of using a large chain pharmacy, we decided to switch and are so glad we did! The staff is friendly and welcoming, prescriptions are filled quickly, and wait times are short. Lakeside Specialty has a genuine hometown pharmacy feel with excellent personal service… something that’s hard to find. Highly recommend!

The people are always kind and helpful, the hours are always convenient, and they're never out of stock on anything. Even as we've moved farther away, our family still gets all our medicine here. Highly recommend!

We have used them in the past but will NEVER use them again. Took our dog's prescription to the pharmacy to be filled as he is sick. Was a prescription for 7 pills for his cough and it was a controlled substance. They did not fill it because they said they didn't have it in stock, which is understandable but then he made the comment that it looked like "it was a copy of the prescription and we don't take copies". This was very offensive as we had just left the vet with prescription in hand and he could've simply called the vet's office to clarify if the prescription was legit, or just not comment at all since he couldn't even fill it. I understand that people abuse the system but you should be careful before you just accuse someone of copying a prescription! Got it filled with no issues elsewhere and made sure to tell them to feel free to contact the doctor with any concerns, as we told them how we were treated at Lakeside.
