We recently finished a major addition to our home with Lakeview Building Group, and Kurt and David provided a top-notch experience from start to finish. The project finished on the quoted schedule, and we never felt like we were standing still while they handled other jobs. The highest quality of care was taken with every nook and cranny, and they kept our main living area as protected as possible thru every phase of construction. They worked with us to assess design details and repeatedly helped us to modify architecture and design specs so that the finished product integrated seamlessly with our original home, accommodated lake regulations and setbacks, and optimized usable space throughout. They brought innovative ideas that allowed us to get even more living space than we planned, including a proper "mancave"/ sports bar under the new garage. Both Kurt and David were in constant communication with us on what to expect, what accommodations might be required, and they took care to respect the daily living schedule for our family. We are very proud of the finished product, and constantly receive compliments from those passing by on both land and lake.

We reached out to a number of local builders before finding Kurt & David for our kitchen & half bath remodel. I wish I would have found them first! The work included moving a sewage pipe so we could expand our kitchen into our dining room. They finished the majority of all the work in less than 3 weeks. We have 2 small children and having a working kitchen back in such a short period of time was amazing. Kurt & David were respectful, kind & direct about every aspect of the project. We hope to use them again for any future projects! Thanks again Kurt & David!

Kurt and David are the best contractors we have ever used. They remodeled our kitchen which was dated and not functional for our needs. Kurt had wonderful suggestions for how to make it better and David was on site as the project manager during the process. They excel at organization, communication and getting the job done in the timeline that they created for us. Remodeling a kitchen can be very stressful, they made it less stressful for us because they were so efficient, work with wonderful trades and kept the job site relatively clean in the process. They exceeded our expectations on the finished product, we love our kitchen! We will definitely use them for future renovation projects. We highly recommend them, you cannot find any one better.

David and Kurt are a great team. They listened to our plans and delivered on exactly what we wanted from our kitchen renovation. The quality of work is stellar and they even suggested changes which were better than our plans. The most impressive part though was how quickly they got the bulk of the work done to minimize disrupting our lives. Without a doubt I'll call them when it's time to update our bathrooms.
