We are very thankful to have found Lakeview Building Group. Both Kurt and David were wonderful communicators, and very organized. We reached out after our home had a leak and subsequent flood, and they were able to quickly get our house back together. My only complaint with the whole scenario initially was that we did not contact them sooner. It's tough to put into a picture what they were able to help us regain, but I do want to stress how organized and beautiful their work is. We've unfortunately had a flood in a past home before, and quickly realized that sometimes fast work isn't the best work. But after 4 months, everything has held up well and looks as good as the day it was fixed. We will be using them again in the future to improve our home, and hopefully it's not because of a flood.

We unfortunately had a pipe fail and flood part of our home at the end of 2025. After speaking with a few contractors we chose to move forward with Kurt and his team. Kurt made the most stressful time of our lives as easy as it could have been. He helped us engage with our insurance company then promptly scheduled work to be done in manageable chunks with our availability in mind. At no point did we feel pressured and Kurt kept us constantly up to speed. In all they managed replacement of flooring, ceilings, walls, carpet, and painting. After the work was done Kurt encouraged us to triple verify that everything was as it needed to be and even helped with suggestions of lighting fixtures that I could install myself to make their already outstanding work look even better. I cannot thank this company enough and would recommend them to anyone.

We reached out to a number of local builders before finding Kurt & David for our kitchen & half bath remodel. I wish I would have found them first! The work included moving a sewage pipe so we could expand our kitchen into our dining room. They finished the majority of all the work in less than 3 weeks. We have 2 small children and having a working kitchen back in such a short period of time was amazing. Kurt & David were respectful, kind & direct about every aspect of the project. We recently finished a major addition to our home with Lakeview Building Group, and Kurt and David provided a top-notch experience from start to finish. The project finished on the quoted schedule, and we never felt like we were standing still while they handled other jobs. The highest quality of care was taken with every nook and cranny, and they kept our main living area as protected as possible thru every phase of construction. They worked with us to assess design details and repeatedly helped us to modify architecture and design specs so that the finished product integrated seamlessly with our original home, accommodated lake regulations and setbacks, and optimized usable space throughout. They brought innovative ideas that allowed us to get even more living space than we planned, including a proper "mancave"/ sports bar under the new garage. Both Kurt and David were in constant communication with us on what to expect, what accommodations might be required, and they took care to respect the daily living schedule for our family. We are very proud of the finished product, and constantly receive compliments from those passing by on both land and lake.
