HORRIBLE service! I obtained a dog from my son and his girlfriend who was treated for a parasite in this clinic but they will not release her information to my vet because my name is not on the record and the girlfriend put the dog on her mother's account - extremely frustrated by this whole situation and feel they are just trying to keep the dog's records for financial gain!

I was happy with the amount of time spent with my dog Brody, a new patient, and everyone from the reception to the technicians who handled Brody were so kind and friendly, and gentle to his nervousness. Dr.Prior was thorough, professional and explained any issues to keep an eye on with a detailed printout of findings or concerns to monitor. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. Im glad we joined this facility. Not only convenient to home but feel good trusting Brodys care to them.

We had to see a vet while on vacation as my dog was experiencing some stomach issues. Lakewood was able to see us the day of and Dr. Jones was INCREDIBLE! She was so knowledgeable and informative and helped answer all our questions. I am fortunate to have found them while in North Carolina!

I highly recommend this office for all pet needs. The staff and doctors are top notch. Always kind and very helpful, even in emergency situations. ❤️

I started coming here out of the convenience of it being closer to my house, and it turned out to be the best vet I've ever been to! The front desk staff is always so accommodating and sweet. The Dr.s do the exams in the room with you, so the whole experience feels transparent and honest. They will also tell you how much something costs before they charge you, instead of just handing you an outrageous bill that you aren't prepared for. Overall I would highly recommend this vet to anyone who is looking. I have 2 senior dogs that they have been so kind to, and non-judgemental about how I want to let them live out their remaining years. 5 stars!
