Lancaster built my first floating dock 18 years ago. Being on the main channel, with the introduction of wake boats, and getting older it was clear that I needed a fixed dock. The floating 18 year old dock was still in amazing shape. All of the Lancaster crew were great to work with. Lester’s precision with his track hoe is unbelievable. How Stacie drove all those poles in the middle of the lake and they all were in the right place was beyond me. Zeb and Sig did the actual construction and their work exceeded all my expectations. They both were very quality conscience and that made sure that was to perfection. They were GREAT TO WORK WITH. I’m very pleased with the complete process from design to completion. Lancaster Custom Docks and their crews gets an A+ on my project.

The Lancaster team did a terrific job on our dock rebuild. The design was creative and their experience helped us a lot. Lancaster Docks did an Awesome Job on my Rip Rap Sea Wall Refresh ! They did 1,000 ft of shoreline, with a new layer of Rock, it looks better than New. And they did not damage a blade of grass. The Equipment they have is Top Notch. Lester is the best Excavator operator I have ever seen. I really enjoyed watching his skill on that pc of equipment ! And they got it all done in just a few days ! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You !!!

I just recently purchased a Tritoon and needed to modify my boat lift with a different bunk configuration. I awarded Lancaster the project and I could not have been more pleased. Kathryn was very responsive and really worked hard to meet my needs. For the actual installation, Nick and Andrew did a sensational job. They were timely, prompt and the installation went without a hiccup!!! The entire Lancaster experience impressed me from beginning to end!!!!
