LEE NAILS SPA & BAR

I am so sad to make this post after being so very excited to try this salon! I have been looking for a new salon in Huntersville and chose Lee Nails based off the reviews here. I even selected a nail tech that was mentioned many times with 5 stars. I’ll start by saying that the tech was great to chat with, and so kind and sociable! Unfortunately, there were several mistakes made (that they were very transparent about) that left my nails feeling brittle, skin raw and bleeding, and color job incomplete while all over surrounding skin. The major issue was the dip was not dry before the buffing which was stripping the color from the nail (seen below). This happened repeatedly on several nails which caused him to repeat the entire dip process 2-3 times. This led to my single color, no design appointment to last two full hours. I also prefer gentler nail prep as I have been working to strengthen my natural nail, and think I may be starting from scratch after this set based on how translucent they look on the underside. The buffing was aggressive to the point of breaking skin and bleeding. This is just preference and something I would’ve looked past if it weren’t for the other bumps in the appointment. I really would love to believe that this was a one time occurrence! But unfortunately do not see myself returning, especially after paying full price.

Love this place. They answered all my questions about pricing and services. The nails look very pretty and neat. I’ve consistently gotten my nails done here for a few months and the quality doesn’t disappoint. They also usually last for at least a month without any damage 👍

I'm so pleased with the service I received at the nail salon. Hudson truly did a very good job, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The entire experience was very pleasant, and the staff was attentive. I will certainly be returning for future nail touch up. Thank you for the wonderful treatment.

Hudson is a pro! He listens very well to what i wanted. He exceeded my expressions as far as clean, beautiful, and talented service. He stayed late to get my designs done as well and I really appreciated that. The entire team was very friendly Ive gotten my nails done for many many years and ive never written a good review on a shop.
