LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Huntersville

I have been a client for years!! My current therapist, Breanna Ussery is absolutely AMAZING! Her ability to counsel without a judgmental tone is unmatched. I appreciate LifeStance for helping me when I no longer knew how to help myself! Therapy is often undervalued, but I swear by it!

Ive had numerous bad encounters with numerous therapist and psychologists for me and my children. This place is terrible. I do not recommend. I’ve only met one therapist out of four that was nice and had social skills. What makes me more upset about it as a black woman having black children… We were referred to black therapist, and the only one I had a positive experience with was the white therapist for my son… Black people we need to do better. You can’t expect people to get help if the experiences they’re having are so terrible! It’s not professional! The Client should feel safe, not embarrassed or belittled by the person who’s supposed to be helping them! Sadly the white therapist gave up on my son bc he wouldn’t “open up to him” and stated he needed a black male therapist to get through to him.. Which is crazy considering that he already knew my child’s father had been absent! This was the best experience so imagine the worst!

I love my Psychiatrist . She is very knowledge and very kind. She takes the time to listen to my complaints and finds a solution. I’ve had several psychiatrists before but she is the best and I am forever grateful and appreciative that I connected to her. Thank you for all you do!

New patient, will never go back again 1. Cancelled my appt and never called back to reschedule. I missed call and showed up only to find they couldn't help me, so had to reschedule and return. 2. Ppwk was filled out online but didn't work so had to refill out everything on paper. 3. Rescheduled appt - therapist no showed. We sat there for 30 min only to find out they thought it was a video appt which is odd since we never received a video invite. Completely disrespectful of their clients time. Will never use them

1/27/63 - I’m new to Lifestance Health and needed help with a medication prior authorization. Alexus in the Med Service Dept. was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained the process. - Diane H.
