Dr. Bauer’s office is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Bauer is always up-to-date on the details of my last visit, my medication and any changes that may have been made. He goes through a checklist to determine my mental health status and takes the time to discuss any worries or concerns I may have. I highly recommend Dr. Bauer, he is easy to talk to, understanding and listens to my worries and concerns, and is available if I need help between appointments.

Beware, I lost my insurance coverage and found out the hard way they charge $385 a session. When you have insurance, they are very good about making you pay your co-pay prior to an appointment; however, after having insurance dropped, they failed to ask for payment. Probably because they know that nobody would ever pay that amount. Fraud.

I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I am honored. The decision of reaching out for help during vulnerable times is extremely difficult. I called Life Stance and the Intake Specialist Maddy went above and beyond to listen to my needs, researching the best fit for professional mental health care. From the start she made my request valuable and listened. Today, I had the opportunity to speak to my therapist and I feel very confident that I had the right person for me thanks to Maddy. I trust the journey of therapy but I know it is a partnership. I am grateful for Maddy’s dedication to her job.

Lifestance Staff and Mental Health professionals have been very helpful, however business side of Lifestance Health is pure evil. It seems they have now resorted to technological extortion in order to to get medical care. I went to my virtual appointment today -- had to fill out some forms, ok, then it came to a payment section. You had to pay in full, partial, or set up payment plan. No other way off page or ability to join virtual meeting without paying something -- uh yes, that is extortion in my humble opinion. I find it shameful and since I was NOT given ANY alternative I think it may be unlawful as no other route of action was given.. I was given no fore warning of this healthcare blocker. I am sure their lawyers will come up with something bypass any liability. But I suggest it stop. I have some balance on my account due to Lifestance Health not providing information for 2024 visits to my insurance company. So now, a year later I am hit with these new "Bills." I had called their customer service to have it investigated as some were suspect and did not match my insurance suggestions. I was told to call back in two weeks check status... nice customer service.. I call back to check status.. uh you need to call me, I am the patient and customer. I am funding you and have choices. I paid some bills that checked ok per my insurance records and Lifestance bills, but some were still suspect. I called back.. they said my first call had been listed, but no actions taken.. nice! So I have suspect bills and now they are wanting me to pay before service with no workaround or alternative method to get health care.. Such as sad state of affairs.. Money and business before people and their health. I am very annoyed by all of this.. Lifestance needs to fix their processes and get good training for their customer service personnel. It ain't all about money! if it is.. get in another line of business. I was forced to pay a smaller amount bill to get into my health care virtual session. They are supposedly checking on the other issues and suspect amounts. I can only suggest that each and every patient of Lifestance Health request a full audit of all bills for their entire patient history.. I suggest Lifestance Health shape up or lose business quickly!

They truly listen without judgment, explain things in a way that makes sense, and work with you to find the right treatment instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ve always felt respected and heard in every session, and the office staff is friendly and efficient. Since starting treatment here, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mental health and overall quality of life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, professional care.
