I got the 4.99 large pizza deals online but I called to make sure they had it first. A lady picks up the phone and proceeds to say no and hang up in my face. I see they have it online so I place my order. When I got there, the service from her was extremely awful. She told me my pizza was not ready yet and made me wait at least 10 minutes then proceeds tell me it’s in the box but I did not see her walk to the box the whole time so I’m assuming it’s ready when I got there.
After I got my pizza, I got home and decided I was going to call and ask for a manager. You won’t believe who picked up, the same women, Jakaya. She said she was the manager. I told her what happened and she was extremely rude. She said she has no clue what’s online and that the 4.99 large pizza deal isn’t in store, but if she was a manager you think she would have a clue what’s going on online. Absolutely stunned me with her attitude as a “manager”. She said it wasn’t disrespectful to say no and hang up in a customer face. Then proceeded to hang up in my face cause she wasn’t going to “go back and forth with me.”. What manager would not want there customers to be satisfied and want to come back? Apparently Jakaya.

The dude with the long hair that works there, has hairy arms he is rude. No costomer service skills, he genuinely looks like he hates his job. The food was good but because of his lack of customer service we will not be back

Dude at the front acts like someone just told him he has a terminal illness. My guy, YOU ARE THE FACE OF THIS LOCATION! How does he stay employed? I truly mean this review in the nicest way but if you can’t put on a happy face for customers in business - you need to find new employment.

Terrible customer service to be ignored and treated so poorly in front of people. She handed us the bulk of pizzas that we came for and while waiting for the others in store she puts ours in the waiting area and tells us they are ready instead of just handing them to us. I asked for one garlic sauce for the 15 pizzas we just bought and she told me 1.95 and I jokingly said for all the pizza ls we bought? And she stares at me and turns to the next customer and said how can I help you? All she had to say was sorry its our policy or something not flat out ignore me. Another customer in the store waiting even said how rude that was. Do better with customer service.

I came to pick up my online order. I walked in, No one came to greet me for like 5 minutes. I understand people back there are working and making pizzas but one lady that was on one side could’ve came up to me and at least said something. Finally, someone came up to me and asked me what I needed and how they could help and I told him I had an online order they asked my name, but then they opened the heater and pulled out my pizzas. No problem, I made a comment and said oh I’m sorry I didn’t see my name on the list on the screen ( because if I saw my name I wouldn’t have bothered them at all ) and she made a comment and said if you order over five pizzas, they have to give it to you, which is no problem I understand but when I got them, I said thank you so much!! The lady never responded at all never smiled never anything even on my way out I said have a great day and she never said anything to me. I understand if someone’s having a bad day but to work in customer service you should ACTUALLY HAVE some customer service experience. She just was not friendly at all. Basically, if I had just walked in there to order pizzas and didn’t get spoken to for that long, I would have walked right back out…
