Little Caesars Pizza

If I could give less I would. Both people that work at this location in the evening/night are EXTREMELY rude every. Single. Time. Honestly if you dont like your job that much find a new one but taking it out on the people ordering the pizza is quite insane. I had to get a pizza re made tonight because it was made wrong and I was treated like I made it wrong. Ridiculous. The managers need to find other people that actually will treat the customers like customers. The pizza is always fine though.

I rarely leave reviews, mostly because if I have a good experience I'm too busy enjoying my food, and if I have a negative one, I give them the benefit of the doubt if it's a rare occurrence. But this location is just awful. Sometime late last year I ordered one of their special pizzas only to find out it was a regular cheese when I got home. The GM of the store reached out after I submitted a second complaint and offered apologies and a credit, to which I said sure, and was happy. However, the makeup pizza I got with my credit was the exact same thing: I had ordered a "special" pizza and it was just cheese. Yes, the second time around I should have checked before leaving, that's on me, sure. I was given another credit for a makeup pizza for my makeup pizza, but getting in contact with the store is impossible. Every time I call, I have to wait on hold to be connected to a call center, inform them that I have a credit so I have to talk to someone physically at the store, they transfer me and I sit there for upwards of 15-20 minutes, and the line will just drop. I've submitted pictures of wait times as proof as well. If this is the only Little Ceasar's near you and you like LC, then sure I won't try to convince you to stop, but if you're weighing other options, or are unsure, just skip this one.

I came to pick up my online order. I walked in, No one came to greet me for like 5 minutes. I understand people back there are working and making pizzas but one lady that was on one side could’ve came up to me and at least said something. Finally, someone came up to me and asked me what I needed and how they could help and I told him I had an online order they asked my name, but then they opened the heater and pulled out my pizzas. No problem, I made a comment and said oh I’m sorry I didn’t see my name on the list on the screen ( because if I saw my name I wouldn’t have bothered them at all ) and she made a comment and said if you order over five pizzas, they have to give it to you, which is no problem I understand but when I got them, I said thank you so much!! The lady never responded at all never smiled never anything even on my way out I said have a great day and she never said anything to me. I understand if someone’s having a bad day but to work in customer service you should ACTUALLY HAVE some customer service experience. She just was not friendly at all. Basically, if I had just walked in there to order pizzas and didn’t get spoken to for that long, I would have walked right back out…

I got the 4.99 large pizza deals online but I called to make sure they had it first. A lady picks up the phone and proceeds to say no and hang up in my face. I see they have it online so I place my order. When I got there, the service from her was extremely awful. She told me my pizza was not ready yet and made me wait at least 10 minutes then proceeds tell me it’s in the box but I did not see her walk to the box the whole time so I’m assuming it’s ready when I got there. After I got my pizza, I got home and decided I was going to call and ask for a manager. You won’t believe who picked up, the same women, Jakaya. She said she was the manager. I told her what happened and she was extremely rude. She said she has no clue what’s online and that the 4.99 large pizza deal isn’t in store, but if she was a manager you think she would have a clue what’s going on online. Absolutely stunned me with her attitude as a “manager”. She said it wasn’t disrespectful to say no and hang up in a customer face. Then proceeded to hang up in my face cause she wasn’t going to “go back and forth with me.”. What manager would not want there customers to be satisfied and want to come back? Apparently Jakaya.

It has been decades since I had a little Caesar's pizza. It was back when you bought one and got one free (hence "Pizza, Pizza"!). Anyway, the box pizza with cheese bites I had recently was truly awesome! Advertisement was spot on and the pick up kiosk was a welcomed feature
