We had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish with Little Wood Flooring for an LVP installation in our condo. Logan was generous with his time in explaining to a couple of flooring newbs the differences in types and prices of flooring in their very extensive showroom. They were kind enough to let us take home multiple samples before we made a decision and throughout the process when we had questions or concerns or issues Logan was communicative about products, transparent with pricing, and patient as we plied him with our latest inquiry or caprice. We were also privileged to have Marlon as an installer and he and his crew went above and beyond what was needed to ensure that our installation went smoothly, quickly, and ended up looking absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the work we had done by Little Wood Flooring! They installed all new stair posts, handrails & balusters and they are just beautiful. I was referred to David Little for what I considered to be a complex stair rail issue. Especially after I decided after my first go at doing this myself was a mistake. So, this is my experience. The toilet plumbing failed and the place flooded. My girlfriends makeup was floating around, 1st world problems:) I decided to go with these guys, Chris and Scott KILLED IT! They were super cool to chat with and very polite! Their work is something they should be hugely proud of! Even the price was great! After they left it was like Ninjas leaving! Didn’t ever know they came! Well done boys! When you're looking for a contractor you're not just looking at price and style, you're interviewing the company and individuals based on integrity. These guys just gave me free material on a small floor patch I'm doing for an elderly customer. My company is young but growing, and getting a little help from other people in the industry goes a long way. 10/10 would recommend this company based simply on merit.
