Had two separate repair visits over two months. First for a dryer that had stopped working and the second for a minor refrigerator repair. I was able to schedule prompt service calls and both technicians were professional and knowledgeable. (Additionally, for my refrigerator, Whirlpool quoted a price that would have been $300+ more for the visit and repair.) Would definitely use this company again if needed.

Friendly, polite, and punctual service. Call them with confidence! As it turns out, the washer “fixed itself”, in that we couldn’t replicate the problem when the tech arrived. But he ran a diagnostic and did identify some errors in the log, but somehow they cleared. If we have another problem, we’ll definitely call them again.

Technician arrived as promised and reviewed the issues and listened to my complaints. Addressed each one and completed work as agreed and with complete professionalism. Very thankful for this company and would not hesitate to refer to anyone.

CLT Appliance Repair saved XMAS! no seriously… our fridge went out on xmas eve night, I searched xmas morning on a hope and prayer… CLT Appliance was open and sent a tech to service my fridge within hours! A part was needed that had to be ordered but the tech service was enough to get my fridge cooling for a few days while waited for the part. They returned on a Sunday to finish the service. The fix also got my ice maker going again! So thankful! Groceries were saved.

Stan was amazing, professional, efficient in repairing our washer. All done within a timely manner. Highly recommended.
