Maid Right of North Charlotte

I recently scheduled Maid Right cleaning service to clean my home and was very pleased with the service and overall experience. Matt and his team showed up on time, carefully brought all equipment and supplies into my home and got right to work. They were very personable and respectful and I felt comfortable having them in my home even when I wasn't there. I really appreciate how thoroughly they cleaned everything from top to bottom and did so without leaving a heavy cleaning/chemical smell in my home! Great house cleaning service, highly recommend!

I have been using Maid Right for over a year. I initially chose to book with them over others because I was impressed with the owner Matt's responsiveness and the groups' policies on illness/masking. Matt remains professional and easy to communicate with/schedule cleans; however, Whitney, Brooke, and their team keep me coming back. All of the maids I've met are friendly and efficient. Whitney especially goes above and beyond to ensure things are pristine and even checks in with me to confirm any problem areas are addressed. I look forward to each clean and enjoying a beautifully clean house afterwards. I strongly recommend Maid Right to anyone in the North Charlotte area!

What a great experience! Matt and his team were incredibly professional during the cleaning and left us with a spotless house. We have tried other cleaning services over the years and have been left disappointed with the attention to detail and professionalism we experienced. It was a breath of fresh air with Maid Right of North Charlotte. The team's attention to detail was great and we couldn't find any spot that they missed in our house. It has been the best cleaning service we have experienced and are looking forward to each future cleaning with them. I'd highly recommend Matt and his team - you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! We were moving from out of state and wanted to have our new home deep cleaned. Maggie was extremely responsive and accommodating to our cleaning needs. We especially liked her willingness to customize our cleaning to suite our specific needs (appliances, carpet cleaning, ceilings, windows...). The cleaners were incredibly thorough and the house was immaculate! I would recommend Maid Right again and again to anyone in need of a cleaning service!

Had my first clean with Maid Right today. Matt is great to work; super responsive and thorough. Its nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about their business. As for the clean; the team that came was professional, responsible and friendly. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again. I especially liked their use of the Enviroshield. It makes my home smell like fresh air.
