MaidPro of Lake Norman

MaidPro has been cleaning our small office weekly and they do a great job. The ladies who have been recently leading the clean have been excellent and I appreciate their attention to detail (Leah and Kaylee) but everyone we have had has done an excellent job. On costs, maidpro was more reasonable for such a small office clean in price than some other quotes, so if you have a high quote somewhere, try checking with them!

5 stars. This is the best — and truly the only — professional‑level clean my Fort Mill, SC home has had in six years. MaidPro Gastonia sent a team of five, and in just three hours they delivered a deep clean that was both thorough and consistent. They handled every detail I requested: spotless baseboards, a shower that looked reset, and a fully cleaned fridge inside and out. The team was professional, detail‑oriented, and clearly took pride in their work. They asked questions when needed instead of guessing, which I appreciated — it showed they cared about getting everything right. On top of that, they were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire visit. Every room reflected the same level of care. No missed corners, no rushed areas, no shortcuts. After years of trying different services, this is the first time I’ve walked back into my home and felt like I received a true deep clean from a team that knows what they’re doing. I’ll be hiring them again on a regular basis.

I was overwhelmed by my housework and couldn't keep up with it. I knew I needed help...it was affecting my mental and physical well being. I was a licensed property manager in CA and I have high standards. I interviewed MaidPro(s) and was impressed so I booked a deep cleaning. The crew of three, Kim, Sierra and Erica cleaned beyond my expectations!! My house is shining clean now and I will now be using them on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. Been very happy with Maid Pro. We had LeeAnna and Michelle come today and they did a great job. LeeAnna our lead also knows that our dog is afraid of the duster and immediately made sure Michelle knew before they started so she wouldn’t scare her. We've been using them for about 6 months now and it’s so nice to come home from work to a clean house! Saves me so much time on the weekends.

Wow! What a great group of ladies! Kim (Lead), Sierra and Karen were so friendly but also professional and quick to get to work. In no time I had a sparkling, clean house that smelled amazing. You won't go wrong by choosing MaidPro!
