Marvin Garage Doors is a family owned and operated business with manufacturing in East Bend, NC and offices in Winston Salem as well as. Greg in sales was quick to meet me at home and take measurements and get input on what type of basement entrance we wanted. We had previously purchased 2 garage doors from them and have been very pleased. Greg got back with me the next day with an estimate and we visited their Winston Salem office/ showroom to get a better idea of our options. I knew we could rely on Marvin’s for prompt delivery and quality installation. Ours was a bit of a challenge because the door frame was metal filled with concrete and the metal had rusted out. It took about 5 weeks to get door painted at the factory (baked on like car paint) and entire frame also painted the same. The crew of 3 and led by Jeremy, were awesome and worked well together. I love supporting local family owned businesses and I’m still waiting to get a quote from a Home Improvement company based in PA that I actually contacted a week before Marvin’s Garage Door. Thank you for not getting back with me, I’m very impressed with Marvin’s! The photo on left is our old door and the right is our new door!. Now I need a new color for the base of our home!
